The German-Mexican Energy Partnership, comprised of the german Bundesministerium für Wirtschaft und Energie (BMWI) and the Ministry of Energy Mexico (SENER) in collaboration with the Florencxe Schools of Regulation (FSR) publish a paper "Blockchain meets Energy" on "Digital Solutions for a Decentralized and Decarbonized Sector", naming IOTA as a new approach circumventing known problems of DLTs.
