The +CityxChange initiative published a report mentioning Powel AS, FourC, Avis Budget Group (RAC Norway), ATB and Smart M Power to have submitted a "Seamless eMobility system including user interface", which is "a software solution that acknowledges and empowers electro-Mobility as a Service [...] provides travellers with ready-to-hand access to nearby transport options, where they can evaluate, select, and possibly pay a trip

The +CityXChange proposal was invited by the European Commission to become a new smart city lighthouse project.
