The OMG Blockchain Platform Special Interest Group (PSIG) call notes mention a “demo by the I3 Consortium, showing practical implementations of IOTA, including robot vehicles running along a simulated section of the I5 (the main north-south freeway on the US West Coast) where vehicles were responding to information from electrical recharging stations in real time. Other features included sensors on the vehicles for CO2 and other gas levels, with this data being made available to the marketplace via the IOTA Tangle.”
