Entra ASA is building a surplus energy house, the "Powerhouse Brattørkaia" (in Trondheim, Norway) in collaboration with TrønderEnergi, producing more energy than is used for the production of building materials, operation and disposal of the building. IOTA will be used as the crypto-technology to deliver and charge for the energy. The building thus will be part of a large-scale demo project for how to utilize and control energy distribution between different actors in a neighborhood. The "Powerhouse Brattørkaia" is part of the EU project "+ CityxChange".
